Mobile & Notifications
Notifications are still being worked on. This is so that you can get notices of when new content including PUGs is available. Currently, you should receive a daily message letting you know when new content is available as long have you have enabled this from your dashboard. Meanwhile, until this feature is all the way ready for prime time, to make sure you don't miss anything, leave a browser window open to Tennis Anywhere on your smartphone. Yes, there is a mobile version. It's simple but you easily scroll to see what's going on. You do have to log in first in order to join a PUG from your smartphone.

Notifications are now working properly and digests are send twice a day in a 12 hour interval. You will receive notifications on new content (PUGs, Events and Forums) that were posted in the last 12 at 2 AM and 2 PM eastern standard time. Please note that notifications for new group events (PUGs, Events, Forums) that are not public will only go to group members. All public events (check-mark in the lower section of the create PUG page) are send to all members that have notification s turned on.

There is no downloadable mobile app! In order to support as many mobile devices we decided to utilize a mobile theme switch that is initiated by a variety of end-user device. If an end-user device connects to tennisanywhere.net a switch determines the browser and present the device with the most appropriate theme and styles. We decided to use the theme switching approach to enable as many mobile devices (Android, Blackberry, iPhone, Windows Mobile ...) as possible without the need of additional software. In addition to the theme switching we added some iPhone specific features, but have not yet build a standalone iPhone application. Thanks for the feedback

We made a couple of improvements to the mobile view and added several new smartphones, such as the Samsung Galaxy S4 & S5.
